Refund policy

• Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns and only offer exchanges or store credit. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Contact us right away with any concerns, because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). All custom orders are FINAL sale. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are FINAL sale.  
• Custom orders/made-to-order items - all sales final. Custom orders include ALL Pearl Bangles. This also include all custom made Bracelets, Rings, Necklaces, Earrings or any other custom made design. Made to order designs are one of a kind! They can not be exchanged or returned.
